Consumer Story publishes stories of consumer problems that were resolved well: a product or service that did not work as promised, what was asked of the company, and how the company made it right.

Every story is first-hand. Every claim is dated and backed by a document. Every company gets its reply published in full. Companies that fix things get to be seen fixing them.

Stories are published only after they are resolved, and the company's own words close every one.

This site sells nothing and takes no submissions from the public. It is published by Atlantic Point, LLC (Marc Fest, publisher). Correspondence and drafts are prepared with the help of an assistant under the publisher's supervision; the publisher is responsible for every word.

Replies go to contact@consumerstory.org and are published verbatim within one business day.
